The Grizzly V2 features a clip point or reverse tanto design, influenced by the traditional Japanese "Bunka" chef knife. The blade is made from Sandvik 14C28N steel, a world-leading stainless steel manufactured in Sweden, offering excellent edge performance, high hardness, and corrosion resistance. A DLC coating adds further corrosion resistance and toughness, with a tumbled graywash finish.

This is no lightweight chef knife. Weighing in at 11 ounces, the Grizzly V2 is ready for serious work. The large, full flat grind blade is accompanied by a beefy G10 handle, providing a secure and comfortable grip with plenty of knuckle clearance.
